“It started with one simple idea: everyone should have the chance to ride and explore again.”

Designed by Richard “Shorty” Lambright

A practical answer to a real problem

While helping with rental trikes in Sarasota, Shorty saw older riders struggling with high pedals and traditional frames. He began sketching a different kind of electric trike—one with a flat platform, comfortable seating, and no pedals to climb over.

That first Step-On design grew into tandem models and Drive-On trikes created to carry wheelchairs.

A custom conversation

Tell us what would make riding easier

We’ll ask about the rider, seating, terrain, distance, preferred controls, and whether a wheelchair needs to be carried. You do not need to know exactly which model you need before calling.
